I have just installed a brand new fan in my T60p (P/N 41W6403, FRU 41W6407) courtesy of Daniel and now have to look twice to make sure machine is running, since it is so quiet after replacement. I am LF a stick or two of ancient PC-133 SDRAM of the 256MB variety. I have found that I have two sticks of 256MB PC2700 DDR 333 (one is samsung and the other micron) and can do a swap for your older SDRAM if so desired.
