Are these AC adaptors available new from a reliable source anywhere? I did not find them on the Lenovo site.

Last week I bought a W530 and like pretty much everything about it. I have not figured out how to adjust the screen brightness yet.
If it makes any difference, it is running Windows 7 Home Premium. I thought that it should adjust with Fn key and home or end keys.
Ideas please?
