The X100e is an AMD based system. I very much doubt that this is compatible with Intel Turbo Memory cards. Maybe you can get a refund on your purchase and by some more RAM or an SSD instead.

Re: Issues Installing Updated ATI Catalyst Drivers
I just installed 11.01, but when I checked information it still says Catalyst Version: 10.8. Meanwhile CCC has been correctly updated to the new version. Maybe uninstall the old drivers (you can use the new installer to do this), reboot and then install the new ones. I did ths and my Catalyst versi...

I've just realised that this card may only be capable of 300Mbps when connected at 5.0Ghz. It may not be able to do it at 2.4Ghz. Does anyone know for sure?

I see lots of references on the web that suggest it can do 300Mbps, eg:IvanAndreevich wrote:I am pretty sure that this early draft card will not support that speed.

Hi, I've got a ThinkPad X61 with the ThinkPad 11a/b/g/n Wireless LAN Mini Express Adapter (Atheros AR5418/AR5008 chip based), running Windows 7. In the driver options, I don't have an option to select "802.11n Channel Width for band 2.4". Does anyone know if it is possible of enable this option in t...

How about an SSD? Even though the SATA interface on the X60s is only 1.5Gbps max., you'll be surprised how much difference an SSD makes. No need to go for the latest and fastest SSD either with the X60s, so you can save some money there. You'll will probably have to sacrifice some storage space over...

Large enter button. Tiny backspace. One giant fail of a keyboard. Way to ruin a great product. I could never get used to having a minuscule backspace key. Connect your USB DVD drive with the Windows XP disc in it while the X100e is off. Turn on the X100e and hold down F12 during boot-up. If you get the X100e with Windows 7 Pro, you could run your old software under XP Mode, ie. virtualised.

The fall may have dislodged the harddisk from its connecter. Unscrew the harddisk cover, remove it and give the drive a firm, but gentle push. Then try to boot your machine. Hope it works for you.

You don't really need an SSD to do that; my X100e with whatever stock platter drive it came with opens Office 2010 pretty much instantaneously in both 32-bit and 64-bit (dual-booting x86 and x64 on it).
