I have a similar issue on my x201, hibernating doesn't start sometimes after sleep when on battery, sometimes it "windows error recovery"s on restart (and i think can poweroff at random too). I have an x201 2x2gb win7 64bit stock but with an intel SSD, and get the "Windows Error Recovery" screen typically after the pc hibernates after sleep when on battery power - but not e...
