Not really, there are few differences, some of them very annoying...

To the OP, I got many good keyboard out of eBay, mostly overseas (=China) sellers, shipment takes longer of course, but few sellers based in HK or Shenzen manage to send packages that arrive in less than 10 days...

I see it has a couple of more characters on the umlaut keys and the @ is moved from the Q key.

Yep, I know what you means, as I'm using exclusively the Swiss layout. I'm French but totally converted to Swiss layout since several years (better than AZERTY for coding, and still has french accent letters). And sometimes it's hard to find one on the web...

I've bought one keyboard in Belgium (a guy who bought a used Thinkpad from Luxembourg), another on eBay Italy.
And the last two I've found (for my T430 and SK8855 USB ultranav) was by searching directly on eBay Switzerland (ebay.ch), as some Swiss listings are not taken back on other eBay websites such as ebay.fr or ebay.de

Note: if it might help your searches, the default keyboard layout used in Luxembourg is also Swiss French So it's sometimes possible to find some in Luxembourg or Belgian regions close to Luxembourg.
