Looking for a frankenpad

Hello everyone!
I'm looking for a frankenpad, preferably IBM T60-T61 - I found one on ebay (Frankenpad Thinkpad T60 T60p , T61p T61 M/B, 15" LED UXGA IPS, T9900, 8GB, 0808) however price is very steep, my budget is $500-750 tops. I'm located in EU if that helps.

Are you still looking for or bought one already ? I still have this T61 T9900 Frankenpad I offered to sell 6 years ago. Check my posts for details.
It was fun to build one (I actually built two, but sold one very early on), but I don"t even use it, just checking once a year it"s still running. So recently I"m thinking to hand it over to someone who can take care of it properly and make a good use of it.
