Need a T61

My T61 sound no longer works. Aside from this it’s in great condition.I would be interested in buying one if anyone has one for sale. It must have the larger 15+ inch screen. I’m also open to swapping mine for another and additional $$$…

I have a few of them in the 100 to 200 dollar range depending on specs for the bare laptop. Swap in your hard drive and ac adapter and you are good to go.
Where does it need to be shipped?
We are talking about the more reliable Intel graphics with 15.4 " widescreen

I have a couple of each of these. Both models are Intel graphics one is a high end model with penryn class motherboard T8300 2.4ghz and wsxga screen.i believe they also have WiFi N enabled. $200
The other is similar with merom class CPU T7250
Wxga screen for $100
I bought about a dozen of each years ago hand selected the best from a large Corp lot so condition it good
I can ship one to NYC for about $20
The specs above are what's important in determining value if you require full model numbers it will require some work and travel that I'd like to avoid doing twice

Is the $200 price without what I do not need, namely AC adapter, hard drive and memory?

Yes correct.
The price difference is because of the rare combination of options. Depending on what your old t61 is equipped with you might be better going with the common model and swapping in your parts.
