FS is a for parts/not working 4:3 T61 motherboard with the fixed Nvidia chip (date from 2010)
The two main issues with this board are that every other column of pixels in the display is off/showing blank. It used to resolve itself if you left the laptop on for about 10 minutes, but now it is showing this issue permanently. It makes all text/ui elements look choppy/blurry.
The other issue is that it doesn't work with CCFL backlist displays. Not sure why, it tries to turn on/fan spins and then shuts off/no led lights (as if there was a short somewhere). With a HV150UX2-100 and modified inverter board/backlight cable it works fine.
Selling as-is, willing to part for shipping + handling fees. Paid about $160 for it 5 years ago and it started doing this after maybe a year of light use. Could be worth trying to reball/solder the nvidia BGA chip to another donor board (assuming the column pixel issue isn't within the GPU itself).
