By now those X6x machines are too old for their original purposes.
Anything from before ~2013 has been removed.

But look at the manuals from the HMM link above.

I know that the models are quit old, but still working for me great. I download some videos for my use when I need to repair or change something, but it's sad that they couldn't archive it to be still available.

Up till the xx20 series, the HMMs were still complete with parts list, and should really be more than informative to do any repairs.
Personally I find those videos not all that more informative compared to HMM, but YMMV.
From xx30 onward they split the parts lists from the HMM.
Those parts lists are now usually called something like "frubom" and are harder to find.

If you intend to repair Thinkpads now and/or in the future, download anything you can find for your 'planned' models, whenever and wherever it's available.
If you wait till you need it (many years later), it might have disappeared by then.

Maybe it would be a good idea to archive the video material (Lenovo Service Training) here on forum, that some of us own, of course for older models?

Lenovo still hosts IBM service manuals for Thinkpad 700C's from 1992...I don't think xx20 series machine videos are going anywhere anytime soon.
