New Thinkpad trends
New Thinkpad trends
Do you have information related to new trends in the next Thinkpad models? Will Lenovo, return to the classic design concept, according to earlierer news,? Will they keep the quality standars in new models? As to scrren, keyboard, case, NAND memory technology replacing harddrives... Well what do you think should be expected in the near future?

The quality is being kept up and, in most cases, improved.
NAND tech replacing HDDs? That is a *far* ways off if you are talking about a fully practical NAND analog of a HDD the average user would be willing to purchase.
As to their design directions? I really don't know as they haven't released pics of the T61 or any other *X1 Thinkpad except for the Z61s and, to some extent, the X6X Series Tablet (according to some PDFs).

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

Back in the X60 Series Forum somewhere. It was an internal IT release from, I think, Wake Forest university as to how the new X6X Series tablets would help out, be like the X41 Tablets, etc.rleo25 wrote:Where did you find those PDFs christopher_wolf?
