Now that, that is a typo. :)

There hasn't been a 14.1" form factor T Series with an IPS screen.
IBM ThinkPad T43 Model 2668-72U 14.1" SXGA+ 1GB |IBM 701c

Yep, only available in the 15" SXGA+ and UXGA displays.

Too bad. 14" SXGA+ IPS Panel would be fantastic. Hello IBM/Lenovo engineers....can you hear me...{knock, knock} ;-)
