Can't access EPP site

Ever since this weekend I get the following when trying to access the IBM EPP page.

ALERT
Redirection limit for this URL exceded. Unable to load the requested page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked.

I checked my security settings and cookies are enabled.

Any ideas?
