Possible to hide posts by certain posters?

A general question about options for this board:

Is there a way for individual users to hide messages from one or more other users? For example, when I visit the (made-up-example) T901 forum here, a poster named (made-up example) Uppercaseshouter wastes enormous amounts of space ranting about things that seem to be of interest mostly to him. Is there a setting I can use to cause all messages from Uppercaseshouter to be hidden from view?

If this is an option in the forum software that hasn't been activated, maybe Bill would consider turning it on?

I dont think the phpBB forum supports /ignore.

Sorry to hear it - but thanks for saving me from continuing to look for that feature. Maybe Bill will someday ban Uppercaseshouter from the T901 forum and make life more pleasant for all of us...

moderators have the power to moderate..!

a complaint about a specific user might result (after an investigation) in that user being asked nicely to STOP the shouting and relax, coupled with a suspension..
