L14 G1/2 LCD Backcover Replacement Help Needed

Hello,

Long time listener first time caller...

I have a L14 G1 and the top cover or LCD back cover (whatever you want to call it) got damaged. Ive sourced a replacement part but am unsure how to change it. I can't find any videos etc online. Can anyone guide me or point me in the right direction?

Just changing the cover...all internals are fine...

Wow…was hoping it was a little easier. A whole disassembly for the cover only was not what I was shooting for.

Last question on this I promise...

Is the polycarbonate and aluminum cover interchangeable? Both were offered on the gen 1/2

and...THANK YOU for the help
