Hi,

Their benefit is to not contribute to alternating current electric fields in the surrounding room, that is low-frequency EMF:s.

Do you have any idea of vendor of 30 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 centimeter long Mickey Mouse three-pin (IEC-320-C5) cable to EU (CEE7) and UK (BS 1363) power connector, that has foil shielding?

Honestly, you won't see much benefit from that. Most of the EMI/RFI comes from your power brick and your laptop itself. If you're trying to reduce noise (for example for radio or scientific instrument reasons), shielding the room from the wires in your walls will be a much larger impact than your cord from your wall to your power brick.
