Hi all,
I know this is a strange request, but.....
The eject lever from my Ultrabay (T42) has broken off. Any ultrabay devices now need to be removed using a pair of needle nose pliers to grasp what little of the lever is remaining to eject the device.
Crazy glue doesn't really provide the tensile strength of molded plastic.
Any ideas where I can find this part? I can't find a specific part number for it - in the Hardware Maintenance Manual. Is it part of the Ultrabay Guide Rails?
Thanks in advance,
Mike

Ultrabay Slim Device Eject Lever - where to find?
I'll take a guess and say that it is the Pull Lever - under Base miscellaneous parts. I would call and double-check before you order.
Miscellaneous service parts - ThinkPad T40/p, T41/p, T42/p
