My son will probably need a laptop for school this coming year, and I've been thinking to give him one of the Thinkpads. It's a toss between the T430s and a Thinkpad 25, so first thing first - I had to get Hebrew onto their keyboards.
I turned the same shop whose services I used
15 years ago to put Russian on the X61 keyboard.
The result is quite impressive. Click the images for full-size.

The modern laser-engraving technology supports backlit keyboards, which was not the case 15 year ago.
