Thinkpad R51 board trying to program bios chip

I have a thinkpad R52 with an R51 board in it and trying to program bios chip with ch341a programmer. Message on as programmer says file is larger than Ic size. Can I get a bios file in capsule form so that I can extract the bib file or does anyone have answer to how I can get a file onto the chip the right size?
