Got M800 SFF with Pentium G4400. Want to upgrade it. Since 6/7th generations have the same price now, I would like to find out, does anybody tried to run 7th gen i5/i7 on Lenovo ThinkCentere with Q150 chipset?
Psref says that only 6th gen cpus will work fine, but I'm sure this doc was made at the start of production, so there was no any plans on 7th gen cpus.

Re: ThinkCentre M800 SFF Kaby Lake support
Supporting newer CPUs requires a BIOS update that contains the microcode and other relevant initialization data. If Lenovo never released such a BIOS update, then you're out of luck.
