Thinksmart hub 500 Touch not working

Hi,
I just unboxed my new Thinksmart Hub 500 and figured that the touchscreen is not working.
I ran the onboard diagnostic test which still failed after resetting to bios default settings.
I found a reference from 2019 that there might have been a bug in an older bios version.

Mine came with the most recent bios version available and I can't find any older bios versions to check if there might be a bug again.
Any ideas where I might find an older bios version?
Any other ideas?
At least it is still in Premier Support but calling them didn't solve the problem either.

check the cables to connect to touchscreens to make sure all cables are inserted well. if still can not work, there is possible that the touchscreen maybe damaged.
