A new alpha of TPConfig.

Hello, I wrote a tool last year called TPConfig which allows finer control of the TrackPoint on SystemD based Linux distros.

I've made a new version based on user feedback and I'm eager to get further suggestions and bug reports. The binary is available to download here.

The source is available on my github here.
