Hard drive cover

I am at the last stage of getting this new hard drive in to the T23, what is holding me up is getting the cover, the two piece plastic/metal over that goes overe the headhpone,speaker connectors.

I can't seem to get it to stay on the drive and carrier; each time I try to insert, I get 85% on the way in, and the cover falls off the hd carrier.

Any hints about what I am not doing right, the repair manual offers little help.

The cover should snap onto the two front screws that hold the caddy (tray) onto the drive. Do you have a caddy? It doesn't apear to be absolutely required but a screw near the front on either side of the drive would be for the face to snap onto. (I've installed a drive temporarily this way.)
