T23 speed question

On eBay I see a few T23's listed as having a 1.2gz CPU. Is there such a thing or are these guys just fudging on the 1.13gz CPU?

Secondly, if there is such a thing is it an indicator of the age of the laptop? That is, maybe a 1.2gz CPU was put in the latest ones?

1.2's exist. I'm typing this on one.

According to the tawbook, T23's first became available in July, 2001. 1.2ghz were available in October, 2001 and 1.0 1.13 and 1.2's were apparently available until they quit making T23's.
