i have every part from t22 would it work on the t23 that had an xga screen before?

Yep, it's a slam dunk.

I've done it several times. Especially great if you get a T23 display that already has the WiFi antennae installed.

I think the display that came with the antenna is hard to come by. Is the T23 model with wifi antenna limited in the market?

They're fairly rare, ergo expensive if and when you can find one.
