Thoughts on screen blanking/suspend mode and CCFL longevity?

#1 Post by Mace1 » Sun Apr 24, 2011 1:39 pm

I rarely power my T23 by battery and use it on AC power in my business for something like 12 hours a day. Will repeated screen blanking (like 10-15 times an hour) decrease the lifespan of the inverter and or CCFL tube? Or would it be better to just leave the display on?

Happy Easter!

I would think that 10 to 15 times per hour, would be a little rough on it.
