Pulsing Fan on my IBM T23

i have a pulsaing fan sound on my ibm T23, its up for auction on ebay, if any one fancys fixing, than take a look at my ebay auction. I am not handy with a soldering iron nor do i have one.
its worth the try and also check out the video as well

That's one of the easiest repairs, especially if the board is out of the laptop already.
One or both of the inductors on the bottom has become loose (or has fallen off).
See the 'Sticky' thread at the top of the T23 forum about pulsing fans.
