Thinkpad t20 part 08k3191 to intel part number

I am looking for a replacement processor part number 08k3191 Intel pIII 750 mhz.

I've been able to find this part online at considerable expense. I was wondering if I could somehow translate the IBM part number 08k3191 to the intel part number? I could then look around and find the part for less.

This looks like the processor, but how do I know?

Look for the (extended) Intel #-list under Pentium III 750 here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_I ... processors
