T23 Windows XP Recovery CDs

Good morning everybody,
I was gifted a IBM T23 in nice condition. It has Windows 2000 on it, but was actually meant to run Windows XP as the logo sticker and COA sticker at the back state. So I want to restore the original Windows XP on it with all the supplemental files, as it was provided by IBM.

Does anybody have these CDs, can you still order them or does Lenovo offer them for download?
