T22 OS/2 questions

I'm a proud owner of various ThinkPad models (IBM).

The 380z, the A20m, the T23 and recently I bought a T22 (Type 2647AG1).
T23 bought it by accident because I didn't know that it wasn't SB compatible. But overall it's a great option. I have upgraded A20m and T23 with DVDRw and they work great, A20m has Windows 98SE and T23 ArcaOS.

I want to know if I install OS/2 or ArcaOS I can use the sound card on DOS mode.

The SVGA doesn't have Windows 3.x drivers, but Scitech Doctor Univesa driver may help to run T22 at 1024x768x16bpp. I'm considering also to install DOS and Windows 3.x just for fun if OS/2 doesn't have SB sound in DOS mode.
