T30: Bluetooth auto-on at startup?

Hello! Does anybody know how to automatically activate Bluetooth at startup? It's quite annoying that I have to press the Bluetooth button each time when the computer starts just so I can use the mouse... THANKS!

I use the Fn+F5 utility to turn it on and off in my Thinkpads that are equipped with Bluetooth and this results in a persistent state. E.g. if my WiFi and Bluetooth are on when I shut the system down, they'll come on again on restart.

If this isn't the case on your system, then something has changed your startup profile in the Windows registry.

Thanks for the reply. I have a T30 with a "hardware" button (below the screen, right next to the bluetooth LED) though, and I have to press it each time when I turn on the computer. Is there any way to software control this button? (I use a BMDC200)

Ah! T30, Ich bitte Ihre Entschuldigung! I responded without reading the complete message.

No, on the T30 and the A3X series you have to manually turn Bluetooth off and on with the button switch.
