T23 Video Driver?????

#1 Post by whizzer » Fri Apr 23, 2010 2:09 pm

I have a T23 with a SXGA, works great. But my eyes are not as sharp as they were. Does any know of a video driver for the T23 that would provide a 1024/768 full screen resolution? The S3 driver allows me to reset to this resolution, but not is full screen mode. I use this unit in my RV when travelling. Thanks for any information.

The only way to do this properly, is to replace the LCD with an XGA (1024x768) display and matching LCD-cable.
You can use the same inverter.
(Or swap out the whole lid).

I'd be happy to swap out the LCD (or lid) for you if you don't feel up to it.
I'd return your machine the next business day, so you wouldn't be long without it!
PM me if interested.

But I actually prefer Murphy's from Cork!

Try changing the DPI setting. Display Properties>Settings>Advanced button>General tab. That may be all you need to make the font size big enough for you to work with the SXGA+ display.
Collection = T430 - T500 - R400 - X300 - T61 (14" WXGA+) - R61 (15" SXGA+) - T60 - X40 - T43p - T43 - T42p - A30P
