Happy new year all.

Is it possible to remove the T60p UXGA screen and use it as an external / 2nd monitor to another laptop via USB/USB-C/VGA or another connectivity port?

Tia.

It's possible, but not a simple connection. You will need a LCD driver of some sort. Maybe something like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/234233333030?h ... SwJSJfQH~T
If you decide to go that route, make sure to select a board that is compatible with your particular LCD panel.

Thanks.

I can contact the seller and ask for the right one but just at the top of your head, any idea what's the difference between the two options- B1 and D1?

You should look up the datasheet for ALL screens involved, i.e. both LP156WH4(TL)(B1) and LP156WH4(TL)(D1), as well as your UXGA screen.
Then compare their pin-out.
If those are not equal, DON'T DO IT, unless you know how to modify such cables.
