Best soft-travel-protector for T60 / T601F

I've just finished building few of these T601F machines with Boe Hydis LED displays, and want to take one to work as a regular thing, tucked away in a very large briefcase / shoulder bag combo. Is there a classic inner-soft zipper case that works well for the T60 exterior, or should a 17" zippered laptop case suffice?
Also, I'm using a 12x12 thin microfiber cloth over the keyboard when I shut the machine to keep the keys from wearing on the screen.
