X32 SXGA+ Bios Mod

Looking for a modded bios to allow the use of SXGA+ screens (HV121P01-100) in an X32 thinkpad. I think such a mod did exist back in the day but all posts about this mod are over a decade old it seems. Probably a long shot but If anyone still has the modded bios I would greatly appreciate it :D
