Upgrade CPU on X60

Hi i have an X60 with L2400 CPU,

is ity possible to change the CPU or is it soldered in ?

If anybody has changed it, do you have any instructions how to take the thinkpad apart ?

I have build multiple dektop systems, but never taken apart my notebooks.

Wanted to but found no way how to :(
TP X23 +UBX2 +cdrw
TP X60 +UBX6 +dvdrw slim + floppy + 8cells battery
