T440 - replace touch screen with non-touch

Hi,

I would like to know if anybody has experience with replacing a touch screen with a non-touch screen on a T440.

I do not need the touch screen but would like to upgrade to a non-touch IPS FHD.

So, what do I need to buy (apart from the screen) to change from touch to non-touch?

All help and detailed description of process are most welcome.
