I put 10.4.8 on my R60, and have fixed just about everything that's been an issue so far (although I'm going to have to get an Atheros card).
But, while I got the sound working, I'm stuck without the ability to scroll
So, how do I get a scrolling ability on my Thinkpad?

I guess you will have to use a USB mouse.
The two-fingers function does not exist because no driver exist for the synaptic touchpad under osx. As for the trackpoint middle button, it is recognize as a middle button, and there is no driver to use it for scrolling either.
