Fan control under Catalina with T440p

Hi, in my t440p I've successfully installed MacOs Catalina, and it's a real pleasure to use. The only problem I've it's the bad fan speed management, it basically turn on and off continuously, making it more annoying than setting it to a more constant speed. I've tried to use some program to control the fan speed, but I was not able to do anything more than reading the values. Does anybody managed to do that under macOs? I've read somewhere that on other laptops you can customize dsdt according your taste, but I did not understand how to do that. My particular unit has an i7-4900mq, dGPU (disabled), 16gb of ram, and 1080ips panel.
