Does Sleep work on T60?

Installed 10.4.10 on my T60, everything works fine except for sleep, it cannot blank LCD, Fan is still running. but it disconnects my wireless.

Another problem: if I don't use it, every after a while, my wireless disconnect even if I changed to "never" in Energy Saver.
