upgrade Lenovo G710 to IPS panel

Hi, I would like to upgrade ugly original TFT panel on my Lenovo G710 to IPS one.
G710 has LVDS so I would need LVDS to eDP converter.

I would like to preserve the ability to control backlight.

What is my options, if any?
