Looking for a large 17" laptop for elderly friend who needs a large display:

The IdeaPad 3i at the Lenovo site looks pretty good for under $800 with:
11th gen quad core processor
1080p FHD IPS display
8GB RAM with one stick soldered in - bad I know, but there seem to be 20GB options, 16+4GB?
M.2 SSD

Are these systems any good or should we be looking at something else?
Frankenpad 15" TuuS MB X9000, LED IPS, T440s IPS display
Toughbook CF51 with SSD, Dell: D830, M4400, M6400
