Screen Protectors on X220T?

I saw an Amazon listing for a screen protector and was unsure if it would affect the functionality of the stylus or interfere with finger zooming/scrolling. Any advice or info? Thank you, and have a great rest of your day! :D

I have to ask: why would an X220T need a screen protector when it already has Gorilla Glass protecting the LCD panel?

Perhaps to reduce glare.
