Looking for X201 replacement keys/domes and 3mm stem to 4mm adapter.

So I recently got a super cheap X201, it is in decent shape but is missing 3 keys,scissors, and 2 domes (N, left arrow, and down arrow keys and is missing domes for N and left arrow). My trackpoint caps I have don't fit it either but it seems like this may use an adapter, I remember an old t410 I used to have used a keyboard key adapter. Read the keyboard with blue domes uses type L40 keys according to one keyboard key website.
