X220T BOM/Replacement Components

A friend of mine stumbled across 5 X220T machines in a dumpster. He's not a ThinkPad aficionado, but he knew well enough not to let them go to waste! I now have the machines in my possession, and I have tested all of them as functional.
The issue is that all of these machines have heavy rust on their USB ports/VGA ports. I have tried cleaning them using traditional methods, but they are too rusty to clean completely. I have access to all of the equipment I would need to just solder new ones on, but I can't find any info on the components. To save me from having to measure and manually search for suitable replacements, I was wondering if anyone on here has access to a BOM/schematic for the X220T.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
