replacing lenovo sound speakerss...

There are only 2 pair of thin wires to each speaker...Can someone who dabbles in noise,sound,stereo guide me to make some measurements to use to replace the old aged ,tired,quiet speakers with noisy stero speakers used in cheap mobiles.i will just stick the speakers with tap ....

There are actually lots of posts on https://www.reddit.com/r/thinkpad reporting successful mods like this
What I've seen people saying was that they just did a straight replacement - cut off old speaker - attach new one to same wires - and they were happy with the result
I don't know any more than that but I might try it some day
The above ebay search is inspired by somebody reporting success with similar speakers, though I don't remember which Thinkpad exactly it was
Could have been an X220 or X230

I'm sure there are other suitable speakers from other phones or tablets
