T-420 04W2049 alternative motheboards

The standard discrete Nvidia NVS-4200-M GPU motherboard for the T-420 is 04W2049 in the Hardware Maintenance Manual's Parts List (with AMT and TPM).
As I need to replace one, I have come across the following as "substitutes" - 63Y1347, 63Y1705, 63Y1997, and 63Y1812.
I have personal experience with the 63Y1705 which has an Nvidia GT-520 which by specs is very similar to NVS-4200-M (but uses a slightly different driver) - this is the one that recently died which I am looking in the first place.
Does anyone know what GPUs come with the 63Y1347, 63Y1997, and 63Y1812 and how they might differ from the 04W2049 (and whether they do/do not come with AMT and TPM)? The PCI Hardware Description and Hardware ID from the Windows Device Manager would be a good start.
