T510: Possible to upgrade to USB 3.0?

I'm regularly moving large files in GBs and USB 2.0 is slow. Is it possible to upgrade my T510 (Win 7) to USB 3.0? It has a eSATA port. Is there such thing as eSATA to USB 3.0 adapter? Thanks.

Easiest is an ExpressCard-to-USB 3.0. The T510 has a 34mm ExpressCard slot so only the 34mm (narrower) cards fit, but there are enough of them:
