T-440p Win 10-64b Image Needed

hi and hello:

Can anyone point me to a site or location that will have a WIN10Pro-64b image for my Lenovo T-440p? Perhaps this image came from Lenovo directly and was installed by the factory at time of sale. On Ebay recovery disks exist for W8.1 so are recovery disks available for Win10 Pro-64b. Maybe an iso image can be loaded??

My laptop came from Ebay with W10Pro-64b installed but missing drivers. The Lenovo Service Bridge updated my BIOS and some required drivers. Fortunately, all drivers were loaded satisfactory except one. Lately my audio volume is not "loud" so I need to understand what changed in the last 3-months. Having an image from Lenovo will allow me to clean install and test the laptop after each update from Windows/Microsoft.

My laptop is fast and very suitable for everyday browsing and simple computation. I love this 10-year-old "black brick".
