HOTSPOT option in Access Connections no longer there

I just restored my Thinkpad SL-510 to new from a recovery disk, and it installed access connections also , I was previously using access connections (for the mobile hotspot) before the re-install , Problem I am having is I no longer see the mobile hotspot option in access connections Any ideas ? :?:
