Sl510 password startup

Hi got given a lenovo laptop and I managed to reset bios and supervisor password but now after starting up and passing the logo it comes up with enter password and the supervisor password doesn't do anything and I got no clue as to why or what the password is so wondering how to fix it as it not a bad laptop and it was free from my mum work colleague so would like to jeep it if I can I managed to changed power up and supervisor password by removing the cmos battery thing

That's the Windows account password.

Ask the previous owner if they have the password that they can give you, or if they can log in to remove it. Otherwise you'll need to re-image or re-install the operating system from scratch. Discussing password bypassing or hacking on the forum is prohibited.
